Training and workshops

What it includes
- Gender equality in the workplace — our flagship programme: five live sessions plus guided asynchronous work. Sex, gender and stereotypes; everyday sexism and respectful communication; new models of masculinity; sexual harassment and harassment on grounds of sex; empathy, active listening and early identification of conflict; equality plans; pay equity, work-life balance and bias in hiring; the business case for equality; commitments and an action plan.
- Preventing gender-based violence in the workplace — for staff, middle management and leadership: concepts and law, stereotypes and real cases, warning signs, consequences for people and for the business, and preventive measures.
- HR training on complaint intake interviews — an intensive on-site session: interview technique, spotting inconsistencies, follow-up questioning, confidentiality, case analysis and simulated interviews.
- Community awareness sessions, train-the-trainer programmes and briefings for leaders and decision-makers

Formats
On site: genuine interaction, real simulations, body language and immediate feedback (recommended for sensitive subject matter). Remote: live sessions accessible from anywhere in the country. Hybrid: key sessions on site with remote follow-up, balancing depth and reach.
